Description

Frozen peanut butter yogurt bites dipped in dark chocolate and topped with chopped peanuts. These easy-to-make treats are creamy, sweet, and perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup natural peanut butter
  • 6 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the sheet and gently flatten each into a thin round.
  3. Freeze the rounds for 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in short intervals and stirring frequently until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt round into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then place back on the parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top while the chocolate is still soft.
  7. Freeze again for 1 to 2 hours until the chocolate is fully set.
