Description

Pizza Grilled Cheese combines the melty goodness of grilled cheese with classic pizza flavors like mozzarella, pepperoni, and pizza sauce. It’s a quick, flavorful meal perfect for lunch, dinner, or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, very soft
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  2. Spread butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place 4 slices of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Spread pizza sauce on the unbuttered sides, then add mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni.
  5. Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
  6. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
