Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes (about 800 g), peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 100 ml water
Instructions
- Prepare vegetables by slicing potatoes, onion, and peppers thinly.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add peppers and cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add potatoes and gently mix to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Add water, reduce heat, cover, and cook for 20–25 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Remove lid and cook 5–10 minutes more until lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
