Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

- Optional toppings: diced apple, pepitas, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup
Instructions

- Let it simmer for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, and add desired toppings.
Notes
- Swap banana for pumpkin purée for a stronger pumpkin flavor.
- Use dairy-free milk for a vegan version.
- Stir in nut butter or yogurt for extra creaminess.
