Description

The Raspberry Passionfruit Sour is a bright, fruity mocktail that blends tart passionfruit, sweet raspberry, and zesty lime into a smooth, refreshing sip with a classic foamy finish. It’s festive, alcohol-free, and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz passionfruit juice
  • 1 oz raspberry syrup
  • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 oz aquafaba or 1 egg white
  • 2 oz sparkling water or club soda (added after shaking)
  • Ice for shaking
  • Fresh raspberries and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Juice the lime and prepare all ingredients in advance.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, lime juice, and aquafaba or egg white.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 15–20 seconds to build foam.
  4. Add ice and shake again for another 15–20 seconds until chilled.
  5. Double-strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  6. Top with sparkling water or club soda.
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries or a lime wedge and serve immediately.
