Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

- Scoop small portions of dough, roll into balls, and place on the baking sheet.
- Press each ball gently with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are golden and centers are soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
