Description

Easy no-bake peanut butter treats made with oats, honey, and chocolate chips, shaped into tree-like mounds. Perfect for a quick, sweet snack with salty-sweet flavor.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup creamy salted peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips (or more to taste)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: 2–3 tablespoons chopped nuts, dried fruit, or seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together peanut butter and honey until smooth and combined.
  2. Add oats, chocolate chips, salt, and any optional mix-ins. Mix well.
  3. Scoop about a heaping tablespoon of the mixture and shape into tree-like mounds or balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store in the fridge.

Notes

  • If mixture is too dry, add 1–2 teaspoons more honey or a splash of nut milk.
  • Crunchy peanut butter adds texture if desired.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate for a richer treat.
  • Can be frozen for up to 3 months and thawed before serving.
