Description

These Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents are a quick, savory pastry filled with creamy sausage mixture and wrapped in buttery crescent dough. They’re perfect for breakfast, brunch, or party snacks and ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in onion powder and cream cheese until smooth and well combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. Spoon the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll toward the point.
  6. Place rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 11–14 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
