Ingredients
18 whole graham crackers
½ cup cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup marshmallow fluff
½ cup mini marshmallows
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon shortening or coconut oil
Extra graham cracker crumbs for sprinkling
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by rolling in a sealed bag.
- Mix crumbs with cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until dough-like.
- Flatten 1 tablespoon of dough, place a mini marshmallow in the center, wrap dough around it, and roll into a ball.
- Place truffles on baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with shortening until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into chocolate, let excess drip off, and place back on parchment.
