Description

S’mores Truffles are a no-bake treat with creamy chocolate, sweet marshmallow, and crunchy graham cracker crumbs, all wrapped into bite-sized indulgences perfect for parties or snacking.


Ingredients

18 whole graham crackers

½ cup cream cheese, room temperature

½ cup marshmallow fluff

½ cup mini marshmallows

2 cups milk chocolate chips

1 teaspoon shortening or coconut oil

Extra graham cracker crumbs for sprinkling


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by rolling in a sealed bag.
  3. Mix crumbs with cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until dough-like.
  4. Flatten 1 tablespoon of dough, place a mini marshmallow in the center, wrap dough around it, and roll into a ball.
  5. Place truffles on baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with shortening until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into chocolate, let excess drip off, and place back on parchment.
  8. Sprinkle with extra graham crumbs while chocolate is wet.
  9. Refrigerate until chocolate sets.
