Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (150180 g each)
  • 1 cup sour cream (240 ml)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (100120 g)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (28 g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to baking dish.
  5. Mix sour cream with ranch seasoning until smooth.
  6. Spread mixture evenly over chicken.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  9. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
