Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a pie dish.
  2. Heat the oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and ground beef, cooking until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper, then drain excess fat.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared pie dish.

  7. In a bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until smooth.
