Description

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders are bold, cheesy, pull-apart sandwiches made with shredded chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and melty cheese—all baked between soft slider buns and brushed with garlic-herb butter.


Ingredients

  • 9 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or brioche)
  • 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie, canned, or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese (or Swiss, provolone, Monterey Jack)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for butter)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 baking dish or tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
  3. Place bottom halves of slider buns in prepared dish.
  4. Spread chicken mixture evenly over buns, then sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Top with the upper halves of the buns.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush over tops of buns.
  7. Cover dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add blue cheese crumbles or jalapeños for extra flavor.
  • Swap buffalo for barbecue sauce for a milder version.
  • Store leftover chicken filling separately to avoid soggy buns if prepping ahead.
  • Make dairy-free using plant-based cheese and butter.
