Description

This Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is a no-fuss dessert with layers of sweet strawberry pie filling, creamy cheesecake, buttery cake mix, and a golden crisp top. It’s indulgent, easy to make, and always a hit with guests.


Ingredients

1 box yellow or white cake mix (approx. 15.25 oz / 430 g)

1 can strawberry pie filling (21 oz / ~595 g)

1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz / 225 g)

1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 g)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (1 stick / 115 g)

Optional: sliced fresh strawberries, white chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Dollop and gently spread over the strawberry layer without mixing completely.
  4. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top as a dry layer.
  5. Pour melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much surface as possible.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until top is golden and bubbling at the edges.
  7. Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving warm or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
