Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

3/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 pinch salt

6 waffle cones


Instructions

  1. Purée chopped strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the purée with heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until fully blended.
