Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, powdered sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Divide dough into equal portions and roll each into a thin stick.
- Place sticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool briefly on the pan, then transfer to a cooling rack.
