Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and mix in sour cream.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Place a portion of the chicken in the center of each tortilla and spoon some cheese sauce over it. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour the remaining cheese sauce over the wrapped tortillas.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
