Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 6 slices deli turkey
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 regular-sized flour tortillas (about 8 inches)
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sliced green onion, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Lay one tortilla flat and spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the surface.
- Sprinkle half the shredded lettuce over the cream cheese layer.
- Place 3 slices of turkey and 2 slices of cheddar cheese on one side of the tortilla, leaving a small edge.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, using extra cream cheese at the edge to seal if needed.
- Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
- Cut each roll in half, then slice each half into bite-sized pinwheels. Trim off ends if desired.
