Description

These Turkey Roll Ups are quick, no-cook, bite-sized wraps filled with savory deli turkey, cheddar cheese, and creamy seasoned cream cheese, making them a perfect snack, lunch, or party-friendly appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices deli turkey
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 regular-sized flour tortillas (about 8 inches)
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sliced green onion, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat and spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the surface.
  3. Sprinkle half the shredded lettuce over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Place 3 slices of turkey and 2 slices of cheddar cheese on one side of the tortilla, leaving a small edge.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, using extra cream cheese at the edge to seal if needed.
  6. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
  7. Cut each roll in half, then slice each half into bite-sized pinwheels. Trim off ends if desired.
