Description

A quick, no-bake Valentine Chex Mix made with cereal, pretzels, M&M’s, and white chocolate. Sweet, crunchy, and festive—perfect for parties, gifts, or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice or corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Cheerios
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks, broken in half
  • 1 cup Valentine M&M’s, plus more if desired
  • 10 ounces white chocolate wafers or chips
  • Heart sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add Chex cereal, Cheerios, pretzels, and M&M’s to a large mixing bowl. Stir gently to combine.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at half power, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Let sit for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate is fully hardened.
  6. Once set, break into pieces and serve or store.

Notes

  • Use pink or milk chocolate drizzle for added color.
  • Swap Cheerios with popcorn for extra crunch.
  • Add nuts, raisins, or more sprinkles while chocolate is warm.
  • Let cool completely before storing to prevent clumping.
  • Freeze for up to 3 months; thaw 15 minutes before serving.
