Description
These Valentine’s Day M&M’s Oreo Cookies are soft, festive, and packed with crushed Oreos, colorful M&M’s, and chocolate chips. They’re the perfect easy dessert to share on Valentine’s Day or any special occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup M&Ms (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Pink or red sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined (do not overmix).
- Fold in crushed Oreos, M&Ms, and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies evenly. Top with extra M&Ms and sprinkles if desired.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use different Oreo or M&M flavors for variety.
- Chill dough for thicker cookies, especially if your kitchen is warm.
- Store in an airtight container once fully cooled to keep cookies soft.
