Description

These Valentine’s Day M&M’s Oreo Cookies are soft, festive, and packed with crushed Oreos, colorful M&M’s, and chocolate chips. They’re the perfect easy dessert to share on Valentine’s Day or any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup M&Ms (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Pink or red sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined (do not overmix).
  6. Fold in crushed Oreos, M&Ms, and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies evenly. Top with extra M&Ms and sprinkles if desired.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
