Description
These viral chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters are a no-bake frozen treat with a creamy yogurt-fruit center and a crisp chocolate coating. Sweet, refreshing, and incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey until well combined.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and place onto the prepared sheet to form clusters. Freeze for 1 hour or until solid.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip frozen clusters into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and return to the freezer until chocolate is set.

- Use fresh or well-drained frozen fruit.
- Try other fruits like blueberries, raspberries, or mango.
- Add granola, shredded coconut, or nut butter for texture.
