Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt, full-fat preferred
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide dough into 8 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a smooth ball.
- Arrange dough balls evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Brush tops with melted butter if desired.
- Serve warm.
