Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 16 oz imitation crab
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Furikake seasoning (to taste)
- Green onions, chopped
- Unagi sauce (for drizzling)
- Spicy mayo (for drizzling)
- Korean nori sheets (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Mix sesame oil and rice vinegar, then fold into warm cooked rice.
- Spread the seasoned rice evenly in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle a layer of furikake seasoning over the rice.
- In a bowl, combine imitation crab, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Spread the crab mixture evenly over the rice layer.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes or broil for 8–12 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with additional furikake, green onions, unagi sauce, and spicy mayo.
- Serve warm with nori sheets for wrapping.
