Ingredients

  • lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 9 slider buns
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1½ cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with spice blend.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes until nearly done.
  3. Add butter and garlic, toss until fragrant, then remove chicken.
  4. In same pan, melt butter and add half and half and cream.
  5. Stir in seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens.
  7. Slice slider buns and place on baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley; spread half on buns and broil until golden.
  9. Lower oven to 375°F (190°C).
  10. Place bottom buns on tray and sprinkle half the cheese.
  11. Add cooked chicken and remaining cheese.
  12. Spoon alfredo sauce over filling.
  13. Place top buns and brush with remaining garlic butter.
  14. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and melted.
  15. Slice and serve warm.

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best sauce texture.
  • Do not overcook chicken to keep it juicy.
  • Cover with foil if buns brown too quickly.
  • Adjust seasoning for preferred spice level.
