Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Optional glaze: 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
  • Optional glaze: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into 4 equal bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together.
  4. In another bowl, combine melted butter and vanilla extract.
  5. Dip each biscuit piece into the butter mixture until lightly coated.
  6. Roll each piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  7. Place coated biscuit bites on the prepared baking sheet with space between them.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  9. For the optional glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  11. Drizzle glaze over warm bites or serve it on the side.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep the centers soft and fluffy.
  • Brown sugar can replace white sugar for a deeper caramel flavor.
  • Air fry at 350°F for 7 to 9 minutes for a quicker version.
  • These bites taste best served warm.
  • Add nuts, chocolate chips, or caramel drizzle for extra flavor variations.
