Description
A fun no-bake dessert made with layers of creamy chocolate pudding, crushed cookies, and playful toppings like gummy worms and coconut “grass.”
Ingredients
- 35 Oreo sandwich cookies, crushed
- 2 packages (3.9 oz each) chocolate instant pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon water
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon green gel food coloring
- 20 gummy worms
Instructions
- Crush sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in butter and powdered sugar.
- Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Combine pudding mixture with cream cheese mixture and stir gently until smooth.
- Layer crushed cookies and pudding mixture into serving cups, repeating layers.
- Finish with a layer of cookie crumbs on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Mix coconut with water and food coloring to create “grass,” then let dry.
- Decorate cups with coconut grass, gummy worms, and desired toppings before serving.

- Chill overnight for best flavor and texture.
- Add toppings just before serving to prevent sogginess.
- Use a food processor for finer cookie crumbs.
- Can substitute mascarpone for cream cheese.
