Description

Easy no-bake peanut butter balls made with creamy peanut butter, oats, and honey for a rich, satisfying snack or dessert that comes together in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add rolled oats, powdered milk, and salt. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
  3. If the mixture feels too sticky, add a little more oats until it is easy to handle.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
  5. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls using your hands.
  6. Place the peanut butter balls on a parchment-lined tray or plate.
  7. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes until firm.
  8. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
