Ingredients
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 ounces strawberry gelatin mix
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, finely diced
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
- Optional: extra diced strawberries
- Optional: additional mini marshmallows
- Optional: whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Drain the crushed pineapple thoroughly to remove excess liquid.
- Wash and finely dice the fresh strawberries.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pineapple and strawberry gelatin mix.
- Stir until the gelatin evenly coats the pineapple.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and diced strawberries.
