Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, and milk. Let sit briefly.
- Add egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix gently.
- Take a portion of mixture, flatten it, and place a cube of cheese in the center.
- Seal and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Place meatloaf bites on the tray, spaced apart.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Optional: brush with ketchup in the last 5 minutes for a glaze.
- Let rest a few minutes before serving.

- Ensure cheese is fully sealed inside to prevent leaking.
- Use a thermometer to check doneness (70°C/160°F).
