Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add vanilla extract and salt, mixing until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 20 minutes) until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Gently swirl in the chocolate fudge sauce, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups evenly.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
