Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley.
- Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into about 16 medium-sized meatballs.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
- Add the meatballs and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter.
