Ingredients
- 3 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente according to package directions.
- Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, celery, and diced dill pickles to the dressing mixture.
- Stir well to combine the vegetables evenly.
- Add the cooled macaroni and toss gently until fully coated with the dressing.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
